Once the pre-booking is made by the staff management, the customer will have 48h to make the booking payment (advance payment) of the 30% of the total price by means of bank transfer.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48h before the arrival date, the pre-booking amount will not be refunded.
For weekend stays, check-in begins at 5pm and, for weekly stays, at 4pm.
For weekend stays, check-out before 7pm on Sunday and, for weekly stays, check-out before 12am.
